The NTAG is about identifying and systematically addressing community needs. We know what is best for our community and how best to use volunteers plus the various government agencies and private enterprises that can help. By developing our own plans the community has a sense of ownership which makes them more willing to implement them. Volunteers are the most important players in the success of NTAG and crucial for successful community development at Nanneella. Without them, there would be little or no community involvement working towards the sustainability of the area.
NTAG aims to provides the platform on which local community groups operate where it can effectively coordinate and integrate actions of community groups by providing leadership, secretarial support, treasurer support, cross referencing, funding and links to agencies and other organisations.
